I randomly get these spurts of motivation to cook sometimes and whenever that random motivation comes along I document it. Im also trying to improve on my camera skills too so i accomplish two things at once. Here are some photos of me making some spicy guacamole  Yes, I know guacamole is not cooking but whatever lol.....i got the stomach flu a week after this so hopefully there wasn't a correlation with the guacamole I made and the stomach flu...anyways here is finally an update on my blog :)

My Macaron obsession

I've always had a love to bake things, but I was pretty lazy or too busy to make time for it. As of late I have picked up this hobby again and it has been so fun experimenting with different recipes and such.

I have always wanted to learn to make macarons since I LOVE macarons; after going through a few different trial and errors I think I've almost got this thing down; it has not been easy! I've had to be super precise with my measurements so I bought a scale to measure ingredients by grams since measuring it by cups was not working out so well; it has been one tricky process, but so fun to make! I am still experimenting with different flavors and such, but here is my latest experimentation with macarons...my personal favorite, Earl Grey macarons :)

Baking has become a therapeutic thing for me; whenever I am stressed or not feeling so well it has made me feel a lot better; plus I love making random things and forcing my friends and family to eat it.

Birthday in Vegas!

I love love love Vegas! I probably go there on avg. every 3 months or so. I can never get sick of it... here are some pictures of my fun filled weekend in Vegas :)

Birthday Tradition

For the past few years it has become a tradition for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday in Vegas; one of my favorite places to go. Always so much fun and is a must.
